Designed and manufactured in France, our products incorporate bio-based and biodegradable active ingredients, reducing environmental impact whilst ensuring reliability and industrial performance.

Our film-forming amine technology directly protects the walls of cooling circuits and boilers. This film-forming approach targets the surfaces that need protecting rather than the entire volume of water, reducing the use of chemicals without compromising the protection of the installations.
Finally, our process water reuse solutions (Re-use) allow water to be reused before it is discharged. This approach reduces water withdrawals, limits discharges into the natural environment and helps address water stress challenges.

Proxis Développement’s Pharma division makes sustainability a solid lever for industrial performance. We address atmospheric emissions, effluent treatment and process optimisation through a comprehensive and controlled approach.
Facilities are being modernised to improve the capture and treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Scalable gas scrubbing systems (scrubbers) allow for the integration of complementary technologies (thermal or catalytic treatment) to further enhance emission reductions.
Water treatment units are reinforced upstream, with stages for equalising and homogenising effluents.
Our objective:
• to avoid load shocks on biomass
• to stabilise the performance of biological treatment
• to reduce variability in discharges
• to ensure long-term regulatory compliance
All this whilst controlling energy consumption.
We optimise yields to limit the formation of by-products and reduce solvent use. Where GMP requirements permit, we increase recovery and recycling rates.
At the same time, equipment reliability is improved to minimise unplanned downtime, which leads to material and energy losses.
In the fragrance and cosmetics industry, we integrate the principles of sustainable chemistry at every stage: formulation, sourcing and innovation.
